Old Mutual PLC23 March 2007 Old Mutual plc Ref 15/07 23 March 2007 Block Listing of Shares Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 17,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in OldMutual plc. These shares are being allotted to trade on the London StockExchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon allotment pursuant to theCompany's obligations under the Old Mutual Share Option and Deferred DeliveryPlan (the "Scheme"). Participants in the Scheme have or will become entitled to these sharesfollowing the vesting and the exercise of share options under the Scheme. Theseshares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of theCompany.
