Block Listing of Shares

Servelec announces that it has today applied to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of, in aggregate, 313,297 new ordinary shares of 18p each in Servelec Group PLC (the "new ordinary shares").

The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Group's SAYE share option scheme. On exercise these shares will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is expected that Admission of these shares to the Official List will become effective 16 January 2017.
