Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,000,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each to be admitted to The Official List and to trade on The London Stock Exchange.

Shares from this application will be issued from the following Share Option Schemes:

RPC Group Sharesave Scheme 50,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each

RPC Group International Sharesave Scheme 50,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each

RPC Group Approved Executive Share Option Scheme 200,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each

RPC Group Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme 700,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each

The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to be effective on 31 July 2014.
