SThree plc16 August 2006 Block Listing of Shares Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a block listing of 129,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the SThreeplc. These shares will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange andto the Official List upon allotment pursuant to the Company's obligations underthe SThree Executive Share Option Scheme. Participants in the SThree ExecutiveShare Option Scheme will become entitled to these shares following the exerciseof the share options. When issued, these shares will rank equally with theexisting issued ordinary shares of the Company.
