Inchcape PLC31 October 2006 31 October 2006 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 360,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 2 November 2006 andadmission will be effective on 3 November 2006.
