Cropper(James) PLC02 February 2007 James Cropper PLC ("the Company") Block Listing Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of123,062 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which isthe maximum number that could be issued under the terms of the Company'sSavings-Related Share Option Scheme in the six months from the date of thisannouncement.
