Bellway p.l.c. (the "Company") Block Listing Cancellation Bellway p.l.c. currently has 594,190 Ordinary shares of 12.5 pence each blocklisted under The Bellway p.l.c. (1995) Employee Share Option Scheme. Alloptions under this scheme have now been exercised and this share option schemehas now closed. As a result the block listing associated with this scheme hasbeen cancelled. No allotments have been made under this scheme since the lastblock listing return was released on 9 December 2014.
