Block Listing Applications

Three listing applications have been made, in aggregate, for 632,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respect with the existing issue ordinary shares of the Company.

The total application comprises a block listing application for 280,000 ordinary shares to be issued pursuant to the DCG Long Term Incentive Plan, 102,000 ordinary shares to the Long Term Incentive Plan 2018 and 250,000 to the Long Term Incentive Plan. It is expected admission of these ordinary shares will become effective at 8:00am on Wednesday 20 March 2019.
