Block Listing Application

Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS, "Paysafe" or the "Company") announces that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 400,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange.

These Ordinary Shares will be allotted under the terms of the Company's existing Sharesave Plan as and when these are exercised.

All Ordinary Shares to be issued as described above will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to be effective on 23 May 2017.
