Block Listing Application

The Company announces a block listing application has been made for a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the main market of London Stock Exchange plc.

1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each will be block listed pursuant to the Arrow Global Share Incentive Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 2 November 2020.

The shares, when issued, will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Total Voting Rights

Following the block listing application for a total of 1,200,000 ordinary shares on 2 November 2020, the Company will have a total of 178,378,244 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. The number of 178,378,244 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules.
