Blocklisting Application
Phytopharm plc (LSE:PYM) announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.
The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Plan 2007 and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be granted on 10 January 2011.
