Block listing application

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, Blue Prism (AIM: PRSM), a global leader in Robotic Process Automation ("RPA"), announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 4,210,000 ordinary shares of one penny each (the "New Ordinary Shares").

The block listing application relates to new Ordinary Shares to be issued from time to time to satisfy option exercises and the vesting of contingent share awards under the existing Blue Prism Group plc Employee Share Plan and Blue Prism Group plc Non-Employee Share Plan, and also to the award of matching shares under the existing Blue Prism Group plc Share Incentive Plan and of shares purchased under the Blue Prism Group plc 2017 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

When issued, the new Ordinary Shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of one penny each in the capital of Blue Prism.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 25 March 2019.
