Conviviality plc ("Convivality" or the "Company")
Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for an increase of 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence ("Ordinary Shares") each in respect of an existing block listing for the Company Share Option Scheme.
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 18 February 2016. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
