Inchcape PLC13 November 2006 13 November 2006 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 345,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 15 November 2006 andadmission will be effective on 16 November 2006.
