Block Listing Application
An application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for a block listing of securities in respect of a total of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in Shaftesbury PLC (the "Company"). Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 11 March 2022.
The Ordinary Shares are being used for a block listing under the Employee Save As You Earn ("SAYE") Share Scheme.
When issued the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
