Inchcape PLC02 May 2007 2 May 2007 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 320,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 4 May 2007 and admissionwill be effective on 8 May 2007. These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuantto the following plan/scheme: Plan/Scheme Shares The Inchcape 1999 Share Option Plan 320,000 When issued these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
