Block Listing Application

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and for trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be granted on 27 May 2020.

The Shares will be issued and allotted under the following share schemes: UK AA plc Employee Share Incentive Plan, the AA plc 2015 Performance Share Plan, and the Insurance Long Term Bonus Plan. When issued, they will be fully paid up and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
