JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 30,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value (the "Shares") to be admitted to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 10th March 2020.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the allotments under the Company's Placing Programme of up to 1 billion Ordinary Shares and/or C shares (excluding any Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Issue), as described in the Company's Prospectus dated 19th July 2019.

When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
