Block Listing Application

Pursuant to the TT electronics plc USA Employee Stock Purchase Plan 2011, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of, and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 1,250,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to the Official List.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. The Ordinary Shares will be issued as employees purchase shares under the Stock Purchase Plan.
