Block Listing Application

LONDON (21 July 2016) - Paysafe Group plc (LSE: PAYS) (the "Company") announces that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 1,426,879 Ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued and allotted under the terms of the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme (563,491 shares) and the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (863,388 shares) as and when these are exercised.

The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary shares.

Admission of the Shares is expected to be effective on 25 July 2016.
