BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

 

Britvic plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,300,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

 

These shares will be issued and allotted under the Britvic plc Share Incentive Plan.

 

The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

 

Admission is expected to commence on 7 December 2018.

 

This notification is provided in accordance with paragraph 3.3.5R of the Listing Rules.
