Betfair Group plc (the "Company")Block Listing Application

A Block Listing Application has been made, in aggregate, for 1,731,286 ordinary shares of 0.095p each in the Company, pursuant to the Betfair Group plc Deferred Share Incentive Plan, the Betfair Group plc 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan, the Betfair Group Limited Stakeholder Plan, the Betfair Group Plc Sharesave Plan and The Sporting Exchange Limited Unapproved Share Option Plan, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

Admission is expected to become effective on 30 January 2015.

When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
