Block Listing Application

2 April 2015 - Optimal Payments Plc (AIM: OPAY) (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that it has made a block listing application to the London Stock Exchange for up to 2,350,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"). These Ordinary Shares will be available to be issued to satisfy the exercise of options under the terms of both the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme to certain existing employees of the Group.

All Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of options under both the Long Term Incentive Plan and Employee Share Option Plan described above will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 10 April 2015.
