Inchcape PLC24 March 2006 24 March 2006 Inchcape plc ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange Plc for a total of 70,000 Ordinary Shares of 150p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List. It is expected that the application will be heard on 29 March 2006 and admissionwill be effective on 30 March 2006. These shares are being reserved under block listings and will be issued pursuantto the following plan/scheme: Plan/Scheme Shares The Inchcape 1999 Share Option Plan 70,000 When issued these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
