NETeller PLC01 November 2007 NETELLER Plc BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London StockExchange Plc for the block admission of up to 882,833 ordinary shares ofGBP0.0001 (0.01 pence) which may be allotted and issued in due course inrelation to the vesting of options granted on 14 April 2004, 14 April 2005, 1June 2005, 14 April 2006, 16 May 2006 and 20 November 2006 to employees ordirectors of the Company or its subsidiaries under the rules of the NETELLER PlcShare Option Plan (the "Plan"). The shares shall rank pari passu with theexisting issued shares of the Company. The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on Wednesday 7November 2007.
