Paddy Power Betfair plc (the "Company")Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made, in aggregate, for 1,486,902 ordinary shares of Eur0.09 each in the Company, pursuant to (i) the Betfair Group plc Deferred Share Incentive Plan; (ii) the Betfair Group plc 2009 Long Term Incentive Plan; (iii) the Betfair Group Plc Sharesave Plan; and (iv) the BETsave Ireland Savings-Related Share Option Plan, to be admitted to (i) listing on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to the secondary listing segment of the Irish Stock Exchange as an overseas company; and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities and the Irish Stock Exchange's Main Securities Market.

Admission is expected to become effective on 16 February 2016.

When issued these shares will be fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
