Block Listing Application

RPS Group PLC ("RPS" or the "Company") announces a block listing application has been made for a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

2,000,000 ordinary shares of 3 pence each will be block listed pursuant to the Company's Share Incentive Plan, Performance Share Plan, Short Term Annual Bonus Plan and Executive Long Term Incentive Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 17 April 2020.

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
