NETeller PLC18 April 2006 For immediate release Press release 18 April 2006 NETELLER PLC BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION Application has been made by the Company to the AIM Market of the London StockExchange Plc for the block admission of up to 1,663,749 ordinary shares of GBP£0.0001 (0.01 pence) which may be allotted and issued in due course in relationto the vesting of options granted on 14 April 2004 and 14 April 2005 toemployees or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries under the rules of theNETELLER Plc Share Option Plan (the "Plan"). The shares shall rank pari passuwith the existing issued shares of the Company. The admission of the above shares is expected to be effective on 21 April 2006.
