Application for Block Listing

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("the Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing in respect of Shares to be issued under the following Company Employee Share Plans:-

Performance Share Plan

Company Share Option Plan

Deferred Bonus Plan

All Employee Share Plan

All Employee Share Plan (US Employee Stock Purchase Plan).

It is expected that the admission of the Shares will become effective on 27 March 2018. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
