BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION
Chippenham, UK, 3 June 2008: Vectura Group plc (LSE: VEC) today announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.025 pence each.
The application is in respect of shares to be issued in connection with the Vectura Group plc Share Incentive Plan and is in addition to the remaining shares approved but un-issued under existing block applications.
