Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and for trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the UK AA plc Irish Employee Profit Share Scheme. They will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
