Block Listing Application

AVEVA announces that a block listing application has been made for a total of 421,768 Ordinary Shares of 3 5/9 pence each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

421,768 Ordinary Shares of 3 5/9 pence each will be blocklisted pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan and Senior Employee Restricted Share Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 7 March 2018.

Any shares issued pursuant to these share plans will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company.
