Block Listing

Further to the Block Listing announcement on 8th April 2011, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a further listing of 17,668 ordinary shares of 25p each to be issued in respect of the Block Listing.

These shares are required to meet obligations under the Chime Communications PLC Savings Related Share Option Scheme and the Chime Communications PLC Executive Share Option Scheme. The admission is expected to become effective on Wednesday 13th April 2011. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.
