Block Admission
Equiniti Group plc (the "Company" or "Equiniti") wishes to announce that it has made an application for admission to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange of up to 13,745,041 ordinary shares of £0.001 pence each in the Company (the "shares"). These shares are being reserved under a block listing and may be issued in order to satisfy existing and future awards of shares under the following share schemes:

The shares will be issued fully paid and will, upon issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued shares. It is expected that admission will be effective for the shares on1 September 2016.
The Company will announce the number of shares granted and admitted to trading under the block admission every 6 months, as required by the UK Listing Rules.
