Block Listing Admission

Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF ("the Company")

Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and to the London Stock Exchange Plc for 29,137,134 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

Admission will be granted tomorrow, 2 June 2010, and trading will commence on 3 June 2010.

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following:

Ordinary shares issued upon the exercise of Warrants.

When issued these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
