Interserve Plc (the "Company")
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 550,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Interserve Performance Share Plan 2006 (the "PSP").
Participants in the PSP will become entitled to these shares following the vesting of share awards. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 2 October 2009.
