BLOCK ADMISSION APPLICATION
Manx Telecom plc (the "Company") announces that a block admission application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 855,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company to trading on AIM.
Admission is expected to become effective on 30 November 2017.
The shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of share options under the Company's "SAYE" Share Option Plan and 2017 Share Incentive Plan and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
