Petra has made an application to the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of up to 3,000,000 additional ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company to satisfy obligations under the Company's 2005 Share Option Plan. These shares will be allotted and issued in due course in accordance with the rules of the option plan and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
The Company currently has 352,569,186 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in issue.
