Inaugural Impact Report
Bromford Housing Group has published its inaugural Impact Report - Building a sustainable future for year ended 31 March 2022.
The report, which will be published annually, provides an update to our three sustainability reporting pillars:
1) our Sustainable Finance Framework, which was launched in 2021 aligns with industry standards set by the International Capital Markets Association and the Loan Market Association;
2) the Sustainability Linked Loans which help to bridge financing with our purpose; and
3) the Sustainability Report Standard for Social Housing. Bromford become an early adopter in 2022 and has reported against the full 48 criteria for Environment Social & Governance.
