BG GROUP plc24 September 2007 News Release 24 September 2007 BG Group US Delisting and Deregistration Further to the announcement made on 25 July 2007, "BG Group to delist from NYSEand to deregister from the US SEC", BG Group plc (BG) today announces thatfollowing the filing of a Form 25 with the SEC on 11 September 2007, thedelisting of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), each representing fiveordinary shares in BG, from the New York Stock Exchange is now effective. BG intends to maintain its ADR facility with J P Morgan as a Level 1 programme.This means that BG's ADRs will be traded on the over-the-counter market (OTC)in the United States, under the symbol BRGYY. BG's ordinary shares will continue to trade on the London Stock Exchange. BG filed a Form 15F with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) onFriday 21 September 2007 to terminate its registration under the US SecuritiesExchange Act of 1934.
