BELONG LIMITED CREDIT RATING

RCB Bonds plc (the "Company") announces that Fitch Ratings Ltd ("Fitch") has assigned Belong Limited ("Belong") with a Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of 'BBB+' with a Stable Outlook.

The Company has issued two series of bonds that are each secured on a loan to Belong: the 4.5% bonds due 2028 with ISIN XS1821505259 (the "2028 Bonds") and the 7.5% bonds due 2032 with ISIN XS3044359092 (the "2032 Bonds").

The Company further announces that Fitch has assigned a rating of 'BBB+' to each of the 2028 Bonds and the 2032 Bonds in line with Belong's Long-Term Issuer Default Rating.
