Beating the Blues Research to be presented at The White House

 

 

Dr Bruce L. Rollman, MD MPH, Professor of Medicine, Psychiatry, and Clinical and Translational Science at the University of Pittsburgh Medical School has been asked to present at a conference organised by The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in partnership with the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

 

The purpose of the conference is to promote the dissemination of innovative, evidence-based technologies to advance substance use disorder and mental health treatment. The conference will include a series of panel discussions on innovative technologies for substance abuse treatment, mental health care, and wellness. The conference will also explore the future of health information technology for behavioral health.
