Report 29/2012: Bank's shareholder has filed complaint concerning court decision

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("Bank") hereby informs, that the Bank was serviced upon a complaint of a Bank's shareholder concerning the decision of the Appeal Court in Warsaw of 23rd May 2012, rejected the shareholder's appeal against the verdict of the District Court Warsaw of 30th May 2011 dismissing entirely his claim to overrule the resolutions No 5, 19, 20, 27 - 29 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated 5th May 2009 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2008, and approving execution of obligations by the Bank's Management Board Members in 2008.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
