Report 20/2014:  Bank's shareholder filing complaint

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was serviced upon a complaint of the Bank's shareholder concerning the decision of the Appeal Court in Warsaw of 16 July 2014 rejecting the cassation appeal of the Bank's shareholder against the sentence of 4 December 2013 dismissing the appeal of the Bank's shareholder in proceeding for repealing the resolution No 12 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 28, 2010 on approving the Bank's Capital Group financial statement for 2009.

In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's complaint is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
