Report 23/2015: Bank's shareholder filing an appeal

Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was serviced upon an appeal of the Bank's shareholder concerning the verdict of the District Court in Warsaw of 25 November 2014 dismissing the shareholder's claim to overrule the resolutions No 11 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated April 26, 2007 on granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board for 2006.

In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's appeal is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
