Report 17/2014: Bank's shareholder filing an appeal

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was serviced upon an appeal of the Bank shareholder concerning the verdict of the District Court in Warsaw of 8 May 2014 dismissing entirely the shareholder's claim (i) to make invalid the resolutions No 1, No 10, No 16, No 29, No 30 and No 44 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 28 April 2010 on selection of the Chairman of the Bank's General Meeting, acceptance of the Bank's financial statement, division of net profit for 2009, granting the vote of approval for Members of the Bank's Management Board and change of the Bank's Statute, or alternatively (ii) for repealing of the resolutions No 10, No 16, No 29, No 30 and No 44 of the Bank's Ordinary General Meeting dated 28 April 2010 on acceptance of the Bank's financial statement, division of net profit for 2009, granting the vote of approval for Member of the Bank's Management Board and change of the Bank's Statute.

In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's appeal is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
