This has reference to the Statutory Advertisement released on June 25 and June 26.

In the advertisement reference under the heading "Minimum and Maximum subscriptions" that "Persons who have acquired the Rights by purchasing it from the Shareholders through the MSM can apply to the extent of such Rights and for Additional Shares." stands amended with all related references as clarified below:

This clarification is made to notify that "Persons who have acquired Rights by purchasing it from the Shareholders through the MSM can apply only to the extent of such Rights and are not eligible to apply for Additional Shares. Additional Shares can be applied for only by Shareholders as at the Record Date
