(the "Company") - Director Shareholding AIM: BNK CALGARY, Sept. 13 /CNW/ - The Company announces that effective 11September 2006, Wolf Regener, Executive Vice President of the Company, becameinterested in a further 637,500 common shares of the Company by virtue ofbeing appointed as Trustee of the Regener Family Trust. Following thisappointment, Mr. Regener's interest in common shares of the Company totals1,845,000 common shares, or less than one percent of the issued share capitalof the Company.
