Report 21/2012: Bank shareholder filing appeal

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that the Bank was serviced upon a appeal of a Bank shareholder concerning the verdict of the District Court in Warsaw of 7 March 2012 dismissing entirely the shareholder's claim to overrule the resolutions No. 5, No. 10 and No. 23 of Ordinary General Meeting of the Bank dated April 23, 2008 on approving the Bank's financial statement for 2007, distribution of Bank's net profit for 2007 and granting the vote of approval to the Bank's Management Board Member to execution of obligations in 2007

In the Bank's opinion the shareholder's appeal is groundless.

Legal basis: § 38 section 1 point 10 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 re. current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member states.
