5. Additional Details:
Excellence Investments Ltd. is the controlling shareholder in Excellence Mutual Funds Ltd., Excellence Nessuah Gemel & Pension Ltd. and in the various index linked and exchange traded certificate companies that form KSM Index Linked Certificate Holdings Ltd. (the "KSM Group"). The Interested Party gave noticed that the nostro holdings of Excellence Investments Ltd. mainly comprised technical holdings of the KSM Group. Excellence Investments Ltd. became an Interested Party in the Bank due to the aggregate holdings of companies in the Delek Group, the Phoenix Group and the Excellence Group. The acquisition of the shares was executed during the last ten days at various prices and therefore the price in this report was given as 0.
